Exercise alone is useless without the right nutrition. Your body is with you for life and your most valuable asset. I assess your current diet and teach you to understand what foods to eat and when.
Starting with a tried and tested detox programme, designed to eliminate the build up of toxins that affect us physically and mentally, you will be coached how to:
- Implement my “Simple Dietary Rules” which will help you to make the right lifestyle choices and achieve optimal health and performance
- Fire up your metabolism by balancing your blood sugar levels throughout the day. This is key in helping you lose those un-wanted kilos, increase your energy and reduce cravings and mood swings.
Despite its importance, many people find that diet is the most difficult aspect of a health and fitness plan to control. For these clients I can provide detailed daily menus and shopping lists
